This course is designed to strengthen understanding and adoption of the Secure SDLC Process Procedure within our organization. The Secure SDLC is not just a checklist — it is a framework that ensures consistency, quality, accountability, and compliance at every phase of project delivery.
Through this course, employees will:
- Review the SDLC Process Procedure Document which explains each phase, the roles responsible, and the deliverables required.
- Take part in a scenario-based quiz where real-world project situations are presented. Each question highlights what went wrong, who was responsible, and what should have been done differently.
The course goes beyond theory. It encourages participants to think critically about how SDLC practices apply in real projects and how following them can prevent common failures such as missed requirements, late clarifications, audit failures, and costly rework.
